An evening at Café Rumi in Kilchberg. Joshua Gluck plays live, I guide the breath, and you get to arrive, slow down and let the music carry you.
We breathe in a small circle of up to seven people, so there is room for each of you. No experience needed. Come as you are.

Participation is always voluntary. You can pause, rest or step out at any time.
Breathing in a group is not a silent meditation
The breath often gets deeper and louder, and the body may express itself: a sigh, movement, tears, laughter. None of this is expected of you, and nothing has to happen. Some sessions are quiet, others more alive. Both are normal.
If a group feels like too much for now, a 1:1 session can be a gentler place to start.
