An evening just for men. First we sit together and talk openly, about whatever is there for you right now. Then we go into the body through the breath: you lie down and I guide you through conscious connected breathing.
No performance, no expectations, no need to have everything under control. No experience needed.
The evening
How the evening goes
- 1
Arrival & open conversation
We sit in a circle and talk. You share as much or as little as you want.
- 2
Breath
You lie down and I guide you through conscious connected breathing, step by step.
- 3
Closing
Grounding, so you go home calm and clear. Sharing if you like, nobody has to speak.
Participation is always voluntary. You can pause, rest or step out at any time.

Good to know
Before you come
Before
- Eat only something light, ideally 2 hours before.
- If you can, don’t plan anything right after, so the evening has time to settle.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
What to bring
You’ll be lying down and breathing for about an hour, so make yourself warm and cosy.
- Yoga mat
- Blanket, cushion, warm socks
- Comfortable, loose clothes
- Water bottle
- Eye mask (optional, I have a few to borrow)
- A notebook, insights often come afterwards
Breathing in a group is not a silent meditation
The breath often gets deeper and louder, and the body may express itself in its own way: a sigh, movement, tears, laughter, words, sometimes even a shout. None of this is expected of you, and nothing has to happen. Some sessions are quiet, others more alive. Both are normal.
If something in the room touches you, that is often useful information about your own process, and I am there to support you with it. Stay with your own breath and your own experience rather than what is happening around you. You can pause, rest or step out at any time.
If a group feels like too much for now, a 1:1 session is a gentler place to start: just you and me, at your own pace.
