Emotions & Us
Being decisive is a form of respect

Spiritual people and their “flow” – and why I’m done waiting for a sign.
Back to focus… I've been a bit out of it for a while.
Back to last night's topic.
I want to start focusing on different topics here - from my own life and experience, and the ones of my clients.
Last night I read an article here about indecision - and my first reaction was:
This is exactly it.
Spiritual people and their "flow", indecision, unawareness, uncertainty… always floating somewhere… and you wait and wait and wait.
I know it. I'm good at it too. And I have decided I am done with it.
As a participant and as an organiser.
That's why I give a better price to those who book in advance.
Those who know. Who are clear that they want to come. Who care. And who respect the other side.
For me, it's completely fair that they get a better price!
And it's not only about events.
It's the same when I decide where to go. Which project or business to start. Whether a relationship is good for me - or not.
Whether something works, or doesn't.
Indecision is not flow.
Flow is when I stand with both feet on the ground - and I know.
And how do I know?
The body knows before the head does.
Just stop, take a breath and listen. A yes expands in the body. A no contracts.
And what if I really don't know yet?
It's fair to say so - with a time frame: "I don't know yet. I'll let you know by Wednesday."
And then keep that promise.
Because every decision we make - and every one we don't - touches others too.
Being decisive is also a form of respect.
How is it for you? Do you decide quickly, or wait for a sign?
Thank you ladies for the inspiration.
