Men who ask themselves what, how and why they feel when they feel.

This world needs awakened men.

Men who ask themselves what, how, why they feel when they feel. Who trace the pain from childhood that shaped how they love, how they shut down, how they show up.

Men who wonder what it’s like for the woman at home - alone with screaming children, breastfeeding at 3am, exhausted, crying, dragging heavy grocery bags, waking up to sick children and holding them all night long… holding it all together.

Or the woman who works full time, while carrying the children, the family, the household. Little time left for herself.
We - men and women - need different kind of self-care.

And women, often carrying it all, need to leave. Be alone. Be with a girlfriend. Go to the spa. Go shopping. Or just do nothing. Absolutely nothing. Without guilt of the man, leaving him behind with ‚all the work.‘

And yes - we too, need to understand you men. But that starts with you understanding yourself at first. And then talking to us. But really talking, showing up with all your baggage. All the backpack of your sh

t. Not guilt, but show up wirh feelings and emotions.
And we, women too, need to learn to be present there, for the man. Not shut him down.
We can’t read your mind and needs.
