Emotions & Us
Sometimes it’s good to cry

Get emotions out of the body. Don’t hold them in. Cry. Shake. Dance.
Said someone in a video I received tonight.
Get emotions out of the body.
Don’t hold them in.
Cry. Shake. Scream. Dance.
Yessss.
I didn’t know this would be my medicine 15 minutes later...
Working on the project and homework for my rebirthing week in France starting this Friday.
My biography.
Year by year - I have to present in front of the group.
I didn’t really plan on it yet.
But Kerry, my teacher, asked me last week if I’d want to do it already.
And so I’m sitting on the floor and putting together me… year by year.
The memories.
The people I love.
The people I’ve lost.
The moments…
My childhood was happy.
So very happy.
There were moments, lessons, tough times.
Break throughs.
Broken hearts.
But there were so many happy smiling moments.
Always.
I had a great childhood.
Amazing mother I had, and I still have.
Wonderful loving caring grandparents and great-grandparents.
Not everyone gets all that.
I know.
So I cry… a little sitting here… letting the emotions out of my body.
And it’s worth a share.
Life… is wonderful.
Yes. Crying is healthy. It’s relief.
So is shaking screaming allowing us to feel.
And so many people shut that down.
Hold it inside.
Don’t.
Just don’t.
It does you no good.
